Last updated: March 2026
By scheduling or participating in services with Blair Golson, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms described in this Client Agreement.
This page outlines the general policies, expectations, and terms for working together.
Scope of Services
Blair Golson provides coaching and therapy services focused on helping individuals change the way the brain and nervous system process chronic pain and related symptoms. This work is informed by approaches such as Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), pain neuroscience education, and nervous system regulation practices.
Sessions may include:
- education about how pain signals are generated and interpreted by the brain
- guided exercises designed to reduce fear and threat responses around symptoms
- strategies for calming the nervous system
- shifting patterns of attention and interpretation of pain
- gradual re-engagement with activities that pain has limited
Sessions are collaborative and may include discussion, education, experiential exercises, and between-session practices.
The goal is to help clients develop skills that support increased confidence, safety, and flexibility in how the brain responds to pain.
Coaching and Therapy Services
Services may be provided in either a coaching or therapy context depending on the nature of the work and the client relationship.
Coaching services focus on:
- education
- skill-building
- structured support for behavioral change and pain recovery
Therapy services may include:
- clinical support related to emotional health
- psychological patterns affecting symptoms
- additional therapeutic interventions within the therapist’s professional scope
Regardless of format, the work is collaborative and centered on developing practical skills and insights that support long-term change.

How Charges Are Determined

- an updated payment method must be provided
Future sessions may be paused until payment issues are resolved.
